Mr. Coll specializes in executive compensation and wealth accumulation strategies for high net worth individuals. Mr. Coll is an Investment Advisor Representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors with offices in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Mr. Coll is also an attorney* admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has authored numerous articles devoted to the tax and economic aspects of estates, business, retirement and compensation planning. He has also authored The Deferred Compensation Handbook, a primer on the subject. Mr. Coll has developed a national reputation for his innovative approach in tackling difficult executive compensation issues confronting business today.

Previously, he held the positions of Advisor Representative at Sagemark Consulting, Inc./Lincoln Financial Advisors and also of Marketing Counsel to the Fidelity Mutual Group. He has served as a consultant to several life insurance companies. He is a member of a number of professional organizations and has served on the Personal Service Corporation Subcommittee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section Committee on Estate Planning. Mr. Coll is a frequent lecturer at seminars to various legal, accounting, insurance and estate planning groups as well as serving as a visiting instructor in the MBA program at New York University's Stern School of Business. He has received his Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
